Rebecca Holmes

Rebecca Holmes is the Executive Director of KIPP Colorado Schools. Prior to coming to KIPP, she worked as a Senior Consultant with Deloitte Consulting, where she worked with both for-profit and nonprofit organizations on change management, talent strategies, and organization design. Rebecca is a Denver native and an alumna of Denver Public Schools. She began her career as a teacher at Wyatt-Edison Charter School and also worked as a Program Director at El Pomar Foundation while participating in their Fellowship Program in nonprofit management. Rebecca has served as a founding board member at West Denver Prep Charter School, the Fellowship Alumni Trustee of El Pomar Foundation, and as a Global Village Leader for Habitat for Humanity. Rebecca holds a B.A. in history from Yale University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
